Privacy Policy

KŌINInft is a self-custody NFT wallet published by Koini Global, LLC ("Koini", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we do and do not collect. The short version: KŌINInft is built so that we hold as little as possible about you, and never your keys or your funds.

What we never have

• Your private keys and recovery phrase. These are generated on your device and stored only on your device, in the operating system's secure hardware (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). They never leave your device and are never transmitted to us. We cannot access, recover, or reset them.
• Custody of your assets. KŌINInft is self-custody. Your NFTs and tokens remain on-chain under your control at all times.

What the app reads

• Public blockchain data. To show your gallery, the app reads publicly available on-chain information for the wallet addresses you add, through third-party data providers. Addresses are public by nature; we do not link them to your real-world identity.
• Analytics. We collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, "a buy was completed") to understand how the app is used and to improve it. These events are not linked to your identity, your wallet addresses, or specific NFTs.

Third-party services

• Buying with a card or bank (fiat on-ramp). If you choose to buy crypto with fiat, that transaction is processed by a licensed third-party provider (MoonPay). When you use it, you interact with that provider directly and under their own terms and privacy policy. Any identity verification (KYC) they require is handled by them, not by us. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Marketplaces. When you buy, sell, or list, your transaction settles on public marketplaces and on-chain protocols. Those are public actions on the blockchain.
• Data providers. We use blockchain data providers to resolve NFT metadata, media, and pricing. They receive the wallet addresses you ask us to display, in order to return that data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not run third-party advertising or ad trackers inside the app.
• We do not require an account, email, or name to use the wallet.
