These Terms govern your use of KŌINInft, a self-custody NFT wallet published by Koini Global, LLC ("Koini", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Self-custody and your responsibility

KŌINInft is a non-custodial tool. You alone control your private keys, recovery phrase, and assets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and device. If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot recover it, and your assets may be permanently lost. We never take custody of your assets and cannot reverse, cancel, or refund on-chain transactions.

2. What KŌINInft does

KŌINInft lets you view, buy, sell, list, and send NFTs across supported blockchains, and manage the network tokens needed to pay for those actions. Buying, selling, and listing are carried out against third-party marketplaces and on-chain protocols. We construct transactions for your review and signature; you decide whether to sign.

3. Fees

KŌINInft charges a flat 0.5% fee on buys, shown and itemised before you confirm. There is no KŌINInft fee on sells or sends. Marketplace fees, creator royalties, network (gas) fees, and any fiat-provider fees are set by those third parties, shown separately, and are not ours.

4. Third-party services

Marketplaces, blockchain networks, data providers, and fiat on-ramp partners (such as MoonPay) are independent third parties. Your use of them is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, decisions, or conduct, including identity verification they may require.

5. No investment advice

KŌINInft does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Digital assets are volatile and their value can fall as well as rise. You transact at your own risk.

6. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and use the app only where lawful. Some features, including the fiat on-ramp, may be unavailable in certain regions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any tax obligations.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koini Global, LLC is not liable for any loss of assets, data, or profits arising from your use of the app, from on-chain transactions, from third-party services, or from loss of your recovery phrase or device.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Contact: support@koini.io.
